Utilizing her education and experience within these two fields Kylee offers a whole person/holistic approach for better outcomes to the movement, with access to a private face book support group with a host of information on hormonal health, healing nutrition, self care strategies, movement and lifestyle.

1:1 CONSULTATION

Do you want to get back into exercise but are concerned because you have a prolapse or suffer with incontinence? Do you have chronic back pain, pelvic pain or a separation in your abdominal wall?

If this sounds like you, I recommend that you contact me for an Initial Consultation. 

​

The consultation allows me to ask questions around your symptoms. I check your breathing and posture as both of these can have significant impact on your pelvic function. 

​

I teach you how to correctly activate your deep core and pelvic floor and how to integrate this into your daily movement and exercise. 

 

I also check you for a separation in your abdominal wall as this means a great deal in regards to how to move you safely.

​

There is no one size fits all approach for women with exercise. It is important that I have an understanding of how your body works which allows me to adjust exercise and movement that is tailored to you. 

​

It is my goal to ensure that you have that understanding and knowledge about your body and appropriate movement so that you can begin to exercise with confidence. I want to strengthen you, not the opposite.  

​

The Initial Consultation is conducted in person in the comfort of your own home and online sessions can be arranged as an alternative. The consultation runs for approximately 60 minutes and costs $88.

Kylee is a warm, caring and highly knowledgeable practitioner. Having had a cesarean and other pelvic/abdominal surgeries, Kylee has taught me how to care for myself and rebuild strength and confidence. Having worked with other trainers in the past, I can say that Kylee’s integrity, honesty and compassion sets her apart from the rest. She doesn’t let up with a pair of boxing gloves on either !!
