The consultation allows me to ask questions around your symptoms. I check your breathing and posture as both of these can have significant impact on your pelvic function.
I teach you how to correctly activate your deep core and pelvic floor and how to integrate this into your daily movement and exercise.
I also check you for a separation in your abdominal wall as this means a great deal in regards to how to move you safely.
There is no one size fits all approach for women with exercise. It is important that I have an understanding of how your body works which allows me to adjust exercise and movement that is tailored to you.
It is my goal to ensure that you have that understanding and knowledge about your body and appropriate movement so that you can begin to exercise with confidence. I want to strengthen you, not the opposite.
The Initial Consultation is conducted in person in the comfort of your own home and online sessions can be arranged as an alternative. The consultation runs for approximately 60 minutes and costs $88.
