Kylee is a successful personal trainer who specialises in Postnatal Recovery that assists all mothers in regaining their pre-baby health, strength, vitality and confidence. Utilising her education and experience, Kylee has developed holistic restoration programs that offer proven healing strategies to assist women to physically and emotionally recover after having a baby.
Participating in my Programs and Classes will help in restoring your pelvic floor, as well as assist you in regaining strength and vitality with functional motherhood movement. My approach is a holistic way enabling women to move toward a sustainable recovery from pregnancy and birthing.
If weight loss is your goal, bear in mind that your levels of stress, your nutrition, self care and appropriate movement are big factors in achieving weight you want to lose and to feeling yourself again.
My 6-week Programs
I believe in a world where mothers are not expected to shed any physical evidence of their child-bearing experience. In the same world, I believe, there is space for exercise to be as much a gift to your brain as to your body. I don't want to waste my time striving for some subjective definition of perfection.
I rather rebuild my strength while dancing my butt off.... literally!
