Postnatal Restore Program

Postnatal and Beyond provides a specialized, 6-week Postnatal Training Program that is available as a "One-on-One" in the comfort of your home or in a "Small Group" class conveniently located indoors.  Please note:  Location may change depending on the requirements of the group!

 

After the stresses of pregnancy and childbirth, your body is in recovery and it is essential to focus on healing your body from the inside out; not getting you back into your skinny jeans as soon as possible.  Based on my training and experience, I have adopted a holistic approach toward postnatal recovery.  I work with you to re-introduce your pelvic floor and abdominal’s to the rest of your body, while performing functional movements that truly replicate the movements of motherhood.  The Postnatal restore class offers support to new mothers by helping them to better understand the factors impacting on their mental health, physical well-being and postnatal recovery.

 

Postnatal Training sessions include:

 

Dynamic warm up with release work on typical pain hot spots that postnatal women experience
• 30 minute HIIT circuit class that integrates functional movement to replicate the movements of motherhood and activate the deep core muscles
• Brief and refreshing meditation

 

At the conclusion of each Training Session, I provide an opportunity to discuss key topics and strategies to assist in making simple and effective changes to support well-being and recovery.

 

The key topics include:

 

Hydration and integrative nutrition for healing and vitality
• Understanding your body’s hormones
• Self care strategies
• Making appropriate lifestyle choices
• Getting back to being you!

 

Participation in the Postnatal Restore Program also provides you with access to my Private Support Group Facebook page, a positive and supportive space where you can find support and further understanding of postnatal recovery.  It is also a space where you can share your thoughts and feelings with other mothers from the Postnatal Training Program.
Prior to commencing the Postnatal Training Program, you need to consult your doctor to provide you with a clearance to begin your postnatal recovery.  This is generally 6 weeks for a vaginal delivery and 12 weeks for a cesarean delivery (dependant on your healing and any other complications).

Stand alone Consultation $90  

Free with any 6-week block

Postnatal One on One – 6-week block $480

Service will be provided in the privacy of your home

Postnatal Group Restore Program – 6 week-block $348

(minimum of 3 people)

Location provided at the time of booking

 

Please Note:  All payments are to be up front!

Refunds:

A full Refund will only be made up to seven (7) days prior to the first class.  From seven days to 24 hours before, Postnatal & Beyond will refund 50 %, but for claims within less than a 24 hour period No Refund will be made.  However, cancellations within a 24 hour period due to emergencies can be rescheduled for the following week or other suitable time.

Missed Classes:  No Refund will be made for missed classes, but Postnatal & Beyond will allow One (1) 'Catch-Up' class.

You are required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in the online Pre-Screen.  Your completed Prescreen and the Initial Consultation will enable Postnatal & Beyond to determine the right program for you.  The onus on participation remains on the client undertaking the program and any wellness exercise, and associated information provided within this program, is not intended as a replacement for professional consultations with clinical/medical practitioners.
